Cover: The cover throughout this series have been simple and perfect. In a way, the one colored flower is this series' echo. If I had to change anything, it would have to be the color of the flower because it looks similar to book #2. 

Rating: 5/5 Hello????? This can't be the last book in the series. I need to know more about everything in Violet's life. Please tell me there's more to this. It can't end like this. 

Review: Gosh... Where do I even start. It's been years since I started reading this series and I found it amazing that I was still able to jump back into the book and remember everything that happened. Derting has completely captured my attention with this series. This can't be last book in the series. It simply can't. I refuse to accept this! 

~ Anime I Am Watching Currently ~

Hello everyone!

This is different from my book review blogs, but I wanted to add something onto my blog that is more than just book reviews. I love watching anime ever since I was a little kid. Although I don't watch every single anime that is recommended on Crunchyroll, I do occasionally find a couple shows that hook me in. So far, for the past two months, I have been following three series.

Book Review: The Crown by Kiera Cass

Author: Kiera Cass

Series: Yes - Book #5 in The Selection. Final Book.

Cover: As said before, I'm not a fan of models on the cover. That being said, I think this might be my least favorite cover out of the series. My favorite cover in the selection series is The One.

Rating: 3/5 I believe The Selection should have been a trilogy. Book 4 & 5 should have been small novellas instead. I felt as if this book dragged on and on until the very last 50 pages. This is going to be a long review.

Book Review: Of Dreams and Rust by Sarah Fine

Author: Sarah Fine

Series: Yes - Book #2 in Of Metal and Wishes. Final Book.

Cover: I personally am never a fan of having models on the cover of books, but the reason why I picked up the first book was because of the Asian model in the front. Many of the books I read rarely have an Asian protagonist. In the end I guess it was an interesting enough cover to capture my attention. 

Rating: 4/5 I wasn't a huge fan of the first book. The first book was a simple read for me, but it wasn't a page turner. This book has greatly improved compared to the first book and I am glad I decided to continue reading this series. 

Book Review: The Midnight Star by Marie Lu

Author: Marie Lu

Series: Yes - Book #3 in The Young Elites series. Final book :(

Cover: I love how simple the cover is. As someone who loves to stargaze, this cover was simply beautiful to me.

Rating: 5/5 I am so sad this series is done. The series was like a dessert. You finally get to eat your dessert, but once it's finished you're sad that there's nothing more to enjoy. I can't wait to read other works by Marie Lu.

Book Review: Days of Blood & Starlight by Laini Taylor

Series: Yes - Book #2 in the Daughter of Smoke & Bone Series. 

Cover: I really like the pop of red in the dark gray background.

Rating: 5/5 It was a great read throughout December and I highly recommend the series!

Book Review: Boundless by Cynthia Hand

Author: Cynthia Hand

Series: Yes- Book #3 in the Unearthly Series. Final Book.

Cover: I personally don't like models on the covers of books.

Rating: Yes...No...Yes...Why... (I would recommend)

Book Review: The Iron Daughter by Julie Kagawa

Author: Julie Kagawa

Series: Yes - Book #2 in The Iron Fey Series

Cover: I like the background of the cover. Not a huge fan of having someone's face in the front, but that is a personal preference. 

Rating: Hmmm....Its okay...

Book Review: Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas

Author: Sarah J. Maas

Series: Yes – Book #5 in the Throne of Glass Series

Cover: I enjoy the theme of the covers of the whole entire series. It shows that Aelin is the center of it all. (Well she is the main character, Duh!)

Rating: This book is adventurous and shocking as the rest of the others in the series. You’re constantly on the edge of your seat as you’re flipping through the pages trying to figure what will happen next!
